Marie, armed with the power of Artificial Intelligence,aimed to enhance the event experience for visitors by being their personal event guide. Introducing Marie: The AI-powered Event Guide

Marie was not just another digital avatar; she represented a significant step forward in utilizing AI technology to create a seamless and interactive event guide. Marie was easily accessible to visitors by scanning QR-Codes, ready to provide information about the program, games, and restaurant offerings and guide them through the event.

Enhancing Visitor Experience

One of the primary goals of introducing Marie was to elevate the overall visitor experience. By using integrated AI-tools for natural language processing, Marie could understand visitors’ questions and respond in a conversational manner. From providing the event schedule and match fixtures to suggesting restaurants offerings at the event. In addition, Marie encouraged guests to test their tennis knowledge in a quiz, with exciting prizes awaiting the winners.

The Road Ahead

We view our experience with Marie at the BRAWO OPEN Event as successful. The feedback and insights gathered will fuel our commitment to continuous improvement. We aim to refine even further Marie’s capabilities and ensure an engaging and memorable experience for visitors at future events.
